I didn't watch the Oscars last night (unfortunately), due to studying sessions for DeBoer's Modern midterm on Wednesday, but I was reading up on a blog I recently discovered and saw that this short film (live action) won an Oscar. It is 18 minutes, and maybe we can watch it somehow? This is the trailer, and it looks really interesting. Although I know it's not video art, I thought for a journal entry this kind of thing—film in particular, seen as art in a different fashion, but why?—raises great conversation.
